How to request a refund

Email ceo@russelldassociates.com from the address you used at checkout, with the word “refund” and your order details. That is all we need.

How refunds are processed

• Refunds are issued to your original payment method through PayPal.
• We process approved refunds promptly, usually within a few business days. The time it takes to appear in your account depends on PayPal and your bank.
• You keep our discretion either way. Requesting a refund does not affect how we treat you.
